Shipping and delivery policy

MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. undertakes to delivering goods purchased by the User, to the address indicated by the User on the order form. Should said information not be entered, or be entered incorrectly, MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused, or redelivery costs incurred on behalf of the User. We are not able to deliver to P.O boxes or pay phone centres. The User may also request that their order be ‘delivered to a store’. A preferred delivery point may be chosen during the purchasing process from a list of the MULTIÓPTICAS stores associated with our online sales program.

 

Deliveries will only be made to addresses in Spain, through the use of a courier company. MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. reserves the right to vary the shipping method and shipping company used, irrespective of the information detailed on this website, provided that this is in no way detrimental to the User.

The order placed by the User will be delivered to its destination within a period of one (1) to three (3) working days to mainland destinations, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and two (2) to five (5) calendar days to the Canary Islands.

We take responsibility for the condition of the goods until they are delivered to the customer, except in cases where the customer expressly chooses a means of shipping different to the one offered by MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L., in which case our responsibility will end from the moment the goods are collected from our warehouse.

Should we be unable to deliver the order within the established time period on the grounds of force majeure, MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. is committed to informing the User of the new estimated delivery date as soon as possible, with MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. being relieved of their commitment outlined in the previous section under these circumstances.

If the courier company is unable to complete the delivery because there is no-one available to receive it at the indicated destination, the courier company itself will provide instructions to the User on how to arrange a new delivery date.

At the point of delivery, the User should check that the goods received match the quantity and product type ordered. If there is any discrepancy, the User should follow the instructions in section 8 of the present Conditions.

Delivery costs will always be added to the final price of the order, the amount depending on the delivery method selected by the Customer. However, the Customer will always be informed of the corresponding delivery costs before confirming their order. By accepting the ‘General Conditions of Sale’, the customer implies that they accept the delivery costs stated. There will be no delivery charge for orders over 40 euros in value delivered in Spain.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands:  €5.90

The Canary Islands:    €9.90

Ceuta and Melilla:    €28.00
